Business Development Director

We’re looking for the right person to join our team who’s experienced in selling software solutions to the commercial real estate industry.  RealDash is an all-in-one software platform that streamlines the deal process for commercial real estate professionals. Our easy-to-use platform increases productivity for individuals and teams by combining powerful features all in one place.

As a Business Development Director, your objective is to strategically grow our sales pipeline and close deals with brokerages, big and small.

The market for CRE tech is growing fast.  If you’re motivated, smart, and a proven deal maker, then this opportunity may be for you.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Drive and scale outbound campaigns with our marketing teams.
  • Build and track a pipeline using our CRM.
  • Meet / pitch potential new clients.
  • Participate in community events.
  • Respond to inbound leads.
  • Give online demonstrations.
  • Participate in sales calls.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and licensing.

Some of the qualifications and skills we are looking for:

  • At least 5 years selling tech services and/or products in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Understanding of the digital / tech landscape.
  • Track record of performance. Must be able to verify through references.
  • Have existing relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Experience interfacing with C-Level decision makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for conducting business in the tech space.
